In the light of the recent spate of visitors to the Chipstead Lake area, and the resultant unacceptable littering and unsocial behaviour of some visitors, the Sailing Club wishes to make it clear that both the lake and the land are a private facility.
Only members of Chipstead Sailing Club and those authorised by them are allowed to be on the Sailing Club premises.
