TRACK AND TRACE PROCEDURE
On each separate occasion you come to the Club, either at weekends or during the week, for whatever reason PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL not more than 2 days in advance to:
in the following manner:
In the TITLE of the email put your own name AND the date of attendance in dd/mm/yyyy format.
In the BODY of the email put the following information:
- The times of day as accurately as possible you expect to be at the Club, from and to
- The names of ALL persons accompanying you
- A contact telephone number
These details will be held for 21 days as per Government requirements to assist in tracking any infection.
In the event someone tests positive for Covid-19 but you are unwilling for us to inform the Government Tracking Service you were present at the Club, please advise us of this in the email you send.
