CSC Improvers, new members and beginners.
Lets get out on the lake for some practice.

For those of you who are new to sailing – perhaps you have done a course recently – or those who would like to improve their basic skills – we are offering the following:-

THIS SUNDAY IMPROVERS SESSION 29th June start 10:30 am and finish about 11:30 – 1200 By special arrangement as there is no racing, a further Improvers session. New to sailing? Rusty skills? Want a confidence boost before racing? The objective is to increase your sailing skills and confidence with a view to taking part possibly in the Novice’s Cup or other racing. Kindly be rigged and ready. Use your own boat or class boats are available by arrangement and a small fee. There is no charge for the session. Please contact Jane topper@chipsteadsc.org.uk

SATURDAY IMPROVERS GROUP 5th and 26th July, 2nd, 8th, 16th and 23rd August. New to sailing? Rusty skills? Want a confidence boost before racing? Our Saturday Improvers Group has been designed for you ! The objective is to increase your sailing skills and confidence with a view to taking part possibly in the Novice’s Cup or other racing. The sessions start at 12:20 – 13:20. Kindly be rigged and ready. Use your own boat or class boats are available by arrangement and a small fee. If at SAC on the same morning, you may keep the boat for the Improvers Group Session. There is no charge for the session. Please contact Jane topper@chipsteadsc.org.uk

SATURDAY ADULT CLUB (SAC) 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th July, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August more dates to follow.SAC is for Novices and those coming back to sailing to give confidence and refresh boat handling skills, also for trying sailing and learning to sail, birthdays, gifts and visiting relatives. Saturday Adult Club sessions run most Saturdays (not the 14th or 28th June) until the 18th October. The sessions start at 9am and finish at 12. Must be booked by Wednesday at 6pm latest. NOVICES CUP SATURDAYS 12th and 19th July, 30th August, 6th, 20th and 27th September and 11th October.

The Novice Cup Races are at 12.20 for 45 minutes. Open to Novices and beginners to sailing only. There will not be many boats on the lake, so plenty of space for making decisions and getting a round the smaller than usually course.
