The DF95 is a fast, easy to sail one design which can be raced as supplied by the builder. It is 95cm in length and must comply with restricted class rules. It is sailed at many clubs in the UK and around the world.

The cost of this yacht encourages starters to get involved in the sport of radio yacht racing as the purchase kit includes all that is necessary to be on the water from £400-£450 and to be competitive quickly. The yacht has 4 sizes of rig to suit different wind strengths. Certificates and sail numbers are obtainable from the DF Racing National Class Association at no cost.

Chipstead SC Radio Sailing section has a fleet of approximately 20 boats. Novices are always welcome and will receive help and advice on rigging, tuning and sailing from the more seasoned skippers.
